The World Food Exchange showcased South Australia's world class ecologically sustainable produce and wine industries to delegates and an invited panel of food, wine, tourism and media experts. It highlighted the existing culinary tourism experiences in the Eyre Peninsula and Barossa regions and the symposium day presented a valuable plenary session and ideas forum, followed by an exciting gala dinner at the Hilton Adelaide.
